Our nightly rates vary by season based on demand. January and February rates are the lowest, while summer and fall are the most expensive. Our rates vary a lot due to many factors. They are higher during holidays, and when special events take place that increase demand for rentals, but we also offer discounts for weekly stays. We offer you the Lowest Price Guarantee for your dates when you book directly with us on this website. Our cabin is listed on other booking platforms on the internet, but those quotes will never be cheaper than what you get here by booking directly with us. When you book elsewhere, you are paying extra booking and/or service fees to the listing platform. 

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
